Shrubs

Shrubs vary from low level plants that provide excellent ground coverage through to larger bushes, which give gardens structure.  You can use shrubs to fill your borders or simply choose a single specimen to act as a centre-point, which you can then surround with bedding or herbaceous plants.

There are shrub varieties to suit all soil conditions and positions – choose from evergreens that provide interest all year round or flowering varieties such as azalea, hydrangea, or buddleia.  Typically, shrubs are planted between October and April but feel free to ask one of our experts at the nursery if you need guidance on what would work well for you.
