Conifers

Conifers are a popular addition to many gardens. And because our MD Mike Francis loves conifers so much, we’ve become well known for our expertise – we grow a vast variety and can offer you all colour shades and sizes.

Conifers can be shrubs or trees, and they’re very useful for adding structure to a garden and creating a focal point.  If you want to restrict their growth, then they look equally fantastic when planted in large ceramic pots.

Conifers need to be well watered after planting but try to ensure that the ground becomes neither waterlogged or too dry.  Also avoid windy areas for some varieties, as it can lead to the foliage becoming ‘burned’ and turning brown.
